is observed December 1 each year and the Red Cross has released figures which tell that the be of cases diagnosed in the Canary Islands (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) undergo descended in relation to the previous year but that new cases are still being detected. In 2007. 687 people mostly male were seen amongst whom 15 new HIV infections were detected. In the year to date of the 580 people attended. 6 tested positive. 47.6% of infections are of homosexual transmission and the greater number. 54.2% heterosexual. Tenerife registered a be of 4,443,426 tourists during the first ten months of the year a figure that is 1.38% higher than last year. However the report continues with the bad news that the provisional data on Receptive Tourism Statistics elaborated by the Tenerife Island Corporation and analysed by the Department of Tourist Investigation of the Tenerife Tourism Board (jobs for the boys eh?) also detected a "setback" of 6.9% during the month of October with a total evaluate of 434,899 tourists. Among the measures anticipated in the bill are that book notifications will be reduced to one only (doing away with the two advance reminders) but that prompt payers will be awarded a "prize" - of a 40% discount. Tenerife (Spain) - the fact that Tenerife is still a warm 18 degrees in mid-winter is probably why Tenerife attracts plenty of Brits for New Year. The church square in Los Cristianos hosts thousands of revellers waiting to pop their bottles of Cava ? and like everywhere else you'll be able to join the locals "oohing" and "aahing" over the spectacular firework display. Photo: originally uploaded by. Interview with the former Radio 2 Young Brass Musician of the Year. Ben Thomson who made such an impression on the banding world with his startling tuba exploits and is currently playing with the Tenerife Symphony Orchestra at their domiciliate locate of Santa Cruz on the popular holiday island. A ingeminate from Ben in the article also confirms that there will be the usual Christmas Day concert this year. This superb contrive which is remove is held in the open air on or come the port of Santa Cruz on Christmas Night. Photo: originally uploaded by. - and ' for those who like to see something of the local customs here's the start of what you'll sight for. This is but it may all be new to you if this is to be your first Christmas on the island so we're sure you won't be to miss anything. And you won't if you watch this space over the next few weeks. The first write of Christmas each year in Tenerife (ignoring the commercial aspects that are creeping ever earlier into the largest stores on the island as they are everywhere else) is the appearance of the have now also made themselves at domiciliate so it's come up worth taking a move to see them. You don't even need to get the main roads unless you be to. Meanwhile squares and town streets will begin filling with  specially cultivated poinsettia plants between now and Christmas - - that set the scene perfectly. .." The more battle-worn and cynical amongst us can just feel the T. I. T. (This is Tenerife) syndrome kicking in here any time now. Though we are of course (as I'm sure that's what they want) intrigued by Another article lamenting the fact that the crunch has gotten at Tenerife's 2009 Carnaval - which doesn't start until February 8th - and will have "the most austere budget in its history" as spending on the event has been cut in half. Personally. I don't think the sing tightening will stop anyone from having fun because Carnaval is very definitely a participation feature and very much what you make it. is what most people want to know about so quoting from Leslie Beeson's book. "Spain's National Statistics initiate has revealed that the Canary Islands are the only part of Spain to have a genuine year-round warm season and that Tenerife was the feature performer with the highest add up temperature (21.8 degrees centigrade) and the most sunshine too (nearly 3,565 hours in the year or almost ten hours every day)." From the above it should be easy to deduce that if you visit Tenerife in pass not only are you going to feel pretty warm compared to any northern European climate you'll also enjoy a lot more sunshine each day. The length of the day is really quite noticeably different. Being much nearer the equator although there was little difference in the time of sunrise - 7:37 AM in Tenerife and 7:39 AM in the UK - when it comes to the time of sunset there's a world of difference. Gloomy night drew in at 3:59 PM in Britain on November 27th (and it will be even earlier by Christmas) while in Tenerife it stayed daylight for more than another 2 hours until 6:10 PM keeping temperatures up longer too. When it comes to those temperatures what you really be to know is how much warmer will it be than it is at home? of the average highs (daytime) and lows (nighttime) temperatures in Tenerife compares them to those in London. Another comparison at around 4.30 p m on November 27th the temperature at the airport on the south of Tenerife was a reportedly () a quite "chilly" (by Tenerife standards) 68 °F / 20 °C. Meanwhile at the same measure in it was a quite warm for the time of year (only because once again it was persisting down). 52 °F / 11 °C. Those 9°C degrees of difference may not seem like much but it's the difference between needing an overcoat scarf hat gloves and galoshes.. and maybe (

liquidate some stock (of non-damaged goods). Open to both the public and trade you'll find fashion and accessory items decoration and home children's items gifts and jewellery.  The event that has been getting the most coverage this week is the upcoming being held at the on Saturday and Sunday. 4th and 5th October. Attractions include around 100 of the world's best tattooists showing off their talents live; a chopper bike exhibition; a skateboard championship; art graffiti body painting rock concerts (Halagoogoo + G. A. F. + Mistake + Marvell Hill) and chats with sociologists celebrated tattooists and other experts. Quite why there's a photo of the man who looks least likely to have a tattoo anywhere; the mayor's "First Lieutenant" and councillor for Economy and Tax. Ángel Llanos (he who managed to ) baffled us. The poster also mentions a "Freak Show".  Ah this takes me back: I remember going to concerts at the when I was a kid (and the hall was still fairly new!) and Britten's still sticks in my brain today - I mean. I can still hum bars of it to this day! I should imagine this will be just such a memorable event and tickets are a measly 6 euros (around £4.70). Last minute announcements of events in the press - - are nothing unusual for Tenerife. In fact until relatively recently all published information was after the fact and I'd come to the conclusion that you needed to be related to someone on the organizing committee of a fiesta before you'd hear about any of them in advance. easier to gather news but even if other than a notably select few sites don't seem to "get" the concept of regularly updating anything. Actually publicising events in advance just doesn't appear natural and I often wonder if this stems from the idea that since "everyone" (born in the relevant town or village) already knows there's simply no need. Yes it's infuriating and one wonders  why the authorities themselves aren't publishing more of this information in English especially when it relates to tourist events and even ironically for. They can't really believe that ? Or maybe they only want Spanish speaking tourists? But then you hear how these villages want to keep traditional events going and how they see them as tourist attractions and how they want visitors to come and share them.. and yet they still don't publicise them outside of a few local posters seen by those who already know and only in Spanish. It's at this point I begin banging my head against the nearest wall for relief. :) Honestly. I couldn't even begin to explain how difficult it is to bring you "local activities that are about to happen and not after they have happened" or how much I appreciate that finally. :) Without giving away my "trade secrets" (that aren't really secrets but the detail would be excessively boring) basically to maintain this blog. I monitor and skim read headlines from literally hundreds of sources many of which are themselves digests summarized from many more sources on a daily basis. Details of events with dates. I then add to translating snippets or whole articles (where these have particular relevance) as I go along.  It is this information - that has been gathered fact checked (as far as is humanly possible which it isn't always at all) and translated all manually - that then goes together to bring you selections of upcoming events. So can you have information in a more timely fashion as I've also been asked on various occasions? Nope sorry! It would take a staff to do that but the meager amount of revenue that the site has ever generated has bearly covered its running costs and has never paid me let alone anyone else. Even if it did it wouldn't be possible to do because event organizers town halls local media etc. wouldn't publish the original information any sooner. Through the miracle of technology however. I can offer you a variety of ways to get the news and events I can manage to cover as fast as possible. As well as published since the site began. I've just added a option. This will still be just a roundup of our headlines (and it can't round 'em up until AFTER they've been published) but it will be delivered more frequently - once weekly on a Friday - so (when possible) it will bring you a list of the coming weekend's entertainments. In addition to dated events. I save. Rather than translating all of those - very often just the headline is enough information for most purposes - . (routes of wine and wineries) in the   began at 9.30 at the Drago on the Tacoronte-Tejina main road and the guided tour was to take in the "scenic beauty and richness of the wine sector" visiting and. In those latter localities visitors were calling into the Farmers' Market and the installations of the where a tasting was being offered. (Harvest Luncheon) in an [unnamed] establishment in the district. Places were limited anyway but the cost (including transport and visits but presumably excluding food) was an amusing 5 euros per person (under £4). Meanwhile the odd tourist finding themselves in  can enjoy events taking place on Sunday morning from 10 a m. in the (a k a. ). In this pretty little square visitors can try a wine tasting traditional food and pastries plus sample typical Canarian crafts with folk groups providing the day's musical entertainment. Aptly for tourist day alongside was the Doña Gregoria Boarding House (now a grocery store) that in times past provided accommodation to the "odd tourist from England". Is there any other type? :) It's mildly amusing to read that the apparatus a Semi- according to was "inaugurated" yesterday with the usual contingent of Canarian politicians in attendance but having one available to the emergency services right there at the busy beach aims to shorten the response time in the event of cardiac arrest and will surely improve the chances of saving a life if it's ever needed. The news report also tells is that Tenerife already has 4 defibrillators (apart from ones in hospitals ambulances etc. presumably) situated in 3 sports centres; . (La Laguna) and at the (bus / tram terminus) in Santa Cruz. There are 25 more defibrillators that are shortly to be distributed throughout the archipelago destined for the most crowded public spaces where lots of people are to be found. One is to be placed in the another in the and others in various ferry ports of Tenerife. If you know you have a heart problem at least you can enjoy a day out and relax a bit more knowing where these life-saving devices are. paragliders in Tenerife are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the arrival of the sport to the islands. (20 years my how time flies! :) A group of paragliders was to have set off by bus to go to Izaña for a flight early on Saturday morning but because of has been with the hope that it will place on Sunday instead. You know you're a paraglider pilot when... "On cloudy/windy days you go to your favourite site anyway and bitch about the weather." Nevertheless a group intend to go up under their own steam so there may still be flying to watch. Where they will land depends on the weather too but the intention is they'll come down on the Playa de El Socorro in. On Saturday afternoon there's a program of diverse activities including; archery sack races (remember these from school sports day?) a kite making workshop and more. These activities continue on Sunday. More details (in Spanish) from the whose is set to "¿Que Pasa?" Those of you paying attention will of course realise the connection as the () and the (the house of the Cáceres family) and the exhibition of paintings inside the house. There's also a walk around the town's old centre and the shopping area. Set to strolling folk music players and the Band of Cornets and Drums it all culminates with tasting of the produce of the local  . All of these events are worth a look but the particularly to see first hand the breathtaking filigree silver cross (whether you're religious or not you will not fail to be moved by it's workmanship). Made in between 1663 and 1668 it's the largest filigree cross in the world measuring 2.45 meters in height and weighing a hefty 48.3 kilos.  Thanks (I think) to for pointing this piece of pure entertainment out and if it does nothing else it may explain one reason why I often advocate going to hear Canarians playing Canarian folk music: it may not be something you'd want to buy or listen to at home but it's authentic and at least the performances are of what people know and do best. It's dangerous ground to criticize any artist because I know first hand how hard it is to get on stage and "have a go" but then some folk appear way too over-confident in their abilities and putting this as diplomatically as possible maybe they should be encouraged to find an alternative hobby. Even title. "May Seven Sunday" - has been written (or translated by Systran) into unintelligible English (though not as you know it) then it's strangulated and pronounced through an old woolly sock. Mr Albelo who clearly doesn't actually speak English should stick to Eurovision it was not! You didn't think there was anything more embarrassing and crap than Eurovision or X Factor did you? ! :) As well as which took place in and as Canarias Bruta point out had "no media repercussion" - even we'd never heard of it - they have another contest for failed karaoke singers called. There's worse to come and you may be delighted to learn (or not) that you can register to participate (I can hear your excitement already) in either Spanish or. Requirements (apart from being tone deaf) seem to be relatively few and old-tech and the entry fee is a mere 80 euros (that can even be paid via Paypal.) :) To end on a positive note you'll hear much better and more authentic than this at any late night "knees up" at even the smallest village Actually this would be do-able. You can start anywhere and take the road over to the village of your choice for lunch then drop down into for high tea. That also takes in lots of the unmissable scenery; mountains villages and takes you along the north coast still leaving you plenty of time to travel towards the larger towns for the evening. Yet still as Clotilde in Paris. "It goes without saying that difficult choices were made and that for every item I included there were about ten more looking at me with a crestfallen expression." We need more 12 hour slots!  All times are Canarian time anyway by which I mean leisurely. Don't have breakfast too early because lunch is generally served around 2 p m and dinner is eaten late too. Or set your own schedule. Timetables shouldn't be for people on holiday and. :) Breakfast: If there was time () to hop over to the island of (it's still in ) to the state-run then that's where I'd head for their "all you can eat" buffet breakfast. I'd spend all of my last 12 hours (on earth) there if I could and there's so much lined up on that buffet that you wouldn't want to eat again but that wouldn't do at all not even for a hypothetical exercise. Instead any good cafe (show me a bad one) is capable of serving you a more than adequate filling and tasty (potato omelette) which is more often than not the breakfast of choice in Tenerife. Your healthiest and cheapest authentic Canary Island breakfast selection - as well as locally grown fruit - would be the Stone Age "" known as. Better yet if you can from. Lunch: Truly one is spoilt for choice for lunch but it's worth noting - for your benefit - that much of the best food is in smaller village restaurants and many of those only open for the lunch trade and close in the evenings (even in Garachico) so make the most of them while you have the opportunity. restaurant. There's the backyard-raised chicken or at the in. Or for a really special and sociable stew you can't beat the at the restaurant just. NB: Restaurants in Buenavista del Norte - ALL of them - close on Wednesdays. The is closed Monday and Tuesday serves goat (I mean it serves goat meat to people not that a goat eats there) on Thursdays and Fridays only and usually has a queue right out to the next valley for that better than finger-licking-good chicken on Sundays. :) Afternoon tea: or if you prefer and I tend to take the Germanic point of view on this meal: that partaking is essential for one's (mental) health. You'll find a plethora of wonderful cake shops all around the island but my favourite and draws customers from all over the But as we are talking about a last 12 hours: a last meal well you may as well go out in style and there isn't any more up-market than the international food with a Canarian twist at - that is reputedly patronized by when he's in Tenerife. He wasn't there on the night I ate there (once) but I can vouch for the grub. But if that was "a little miracle in the middle nowhere" then even less well known but equally a gem is the restaurant with its fusion of traditional Canarian dishes in modern styles. It started as rustic " " and has become a point of reference on the island's culinary map over the years. Gorgeous architecture and ambience too. I'd be happy with either of those before heading into the capital where no matter the time. I'd  find or I could just take a stroll through and. If you're really lucky and there's any sort of or going on there'll be otherwise if you should happen to get peckish or for a late supper. I'd recommend Now I happen to know because that most of you are Tenerife residents or at least regular visitors. So the question is this where would you spend your last 12 hours in Tenerife? Or to put it another way if time was limited where do you consider to be essential stops? I'm sure we'll all have our own preferences for a huge variety of reasons. Yours may be favourite restaurants or sights that you feel really must not be missed and hopefully we can all learn of some new ones from each other. No actually is that the Spanish government has proposed that it will give economic help and legal cover to prostitutes. 90% of whom are foreign who are victims of human trafficking along with the promise not to expel them from the country within a month (as would be the usual procedure) while they decide whether to denounce their exploiters. The announcement of the measure part of a 3-year integral plan against "the new slavery of the 21st Century" was made to coincide with the on September 23rd. Fairly or unfairly and there's no shortage of potential customers looking for on the island (yes we know what you search for :) I certainly don't judge either party to a voluntary arrangement but do remember there's another reality: According to reports from the Civil Guard more than 90 percent of women prostitutes in Spain are illegal immigrants many of whom do not have the freedom to choose a better and more dignified life. In Europe alone more than 500,000 women and girls are victims of sexual exploitation each year and this second most profitable crime in the world is estimated at 32 billion dollars of annual volume of business. How many tourists / visitors knew that you had your very own International Tourist Day or held every year on September 27th? That's this coming Saturday and in honour of the upcoming event in the south of Tenerife has organized a few activities: Starting on Thursday. September 25th from around 8 p m. there are to be strolling players - of Canarian folk music which is sure to be made colourful and fun with costumes and dance - around the streets from the Plaza del Carmen to the Casa del Mar on the esplanade. Can I just mention that Canarian Wrestling is lots of fun. On the one hand it's a quite "gentlemanly" sport like a martial art and on the other it's OK to grab each others knickers while the crowd goes as wild as the animated followers of Mexican. This sounds paradoxical and even contradictory but it's what makes it unique. There'll be lots of audience participation and since this is youngsters go ahead and join in the encouragement. More folk music at 8.45 p m on the esplanade with a performance by the Agrupación Verodal along with a parade of another performance by the Arona Municipal School of Folklore and it'll all be rounded off nicely with a fireworks display at around 10 p m. On Friday. September 26th at around 6 p m. again at the Casa el Mar on the esplanade near the Los Cristianos port there's to be the 7th Regional Coctails Contest with a demonstration of cocktail making () and some musical performances (of unspecified genre.) Then on Sunday. September 28th from 8 p m. in the Plaza de Los Cristianos (by the church) is the 7th annual meeting of soloists. This cultural initiative brings together Canarian folk artists - 7 voices of various ages from the youngest at 7 years to the eldest at 78. The event is also going to be recorded by various local TV stations and Radio Arona for later broadcast. Alternatively on Sunday. September 28th at 8.30 p m in the Plaza de la Iglesia () up in of kids of all ages can watch an open air showing of (it will be in Spanish.)

"Remembering the firefighters and volunteers who died on September 11" posted by ~Ray

According to the populate in () the name of the comes directly from the saying "Anke dje anke be" which literally translates to "everyone gather together" and that is exactly what the organizers are attempting at the (1st Djembe Gathering) being held at the beach near Tenerife's capital tomorrow. Saturday. July 19th. Notices promoting the event say that. "We're trying to unite the largest number of djembe players in history." It also says that it doesn't be if you don't have a (easily fixed as there are an unlimited number of people willing to sell you one) you can bring along any other percussion equip. Just be there from 8 p m. to pass the evening with music and perfect diversion ( From 3 p m on Saturday. July 19th there ordain be including inflatable bouncy castles and archery. The labourers didn't understand this and took it to be the write of potato hence there is now a type of potatoes grown on the island of Tenerife called Autodate! The European Commission is looking into ways of improving road safety and at equipping new cars with ecologically-friendly daytime lights - two separate issues. There is a commitment by EU member states to furnish new vehicles with ecologically friendly daytime lights though having such lights would not of cover compel people to use them The successful results in testing of were obtained in Scandinavian countries. You experience those northern ones where they have move of the winter where both night and day is in total darkness. In the Canary Islands at a latitude of 28 degrees north - only just above the tropics and therefore with only a couple of hours difference between the length of day in summer and winter and other than in odd inclement weather conditions has lighten conditions that generally lead to photographic overexposure - such a measure seems absolutely pointless at best. At worst at any location having lights on during the day on cars and other vehicles removes any previous safety advantage for motorcycles. Nevertheless apparently in wonderfully similar fearmongering call. Spanish TV station has also taken up the daytime lighting create as part of their (Put the brakes on) initiative. I've not seen the public service ads myself but about the ill-considered "viral marketing" race. He also says that he has no intention of putting his lights on during the day and says that every time he comes across someone who does undergo their lights on ordain say out loud. " Just by come about while gathering this information. I came across (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) which mentions (in Britain) a "seven per cent fall in roads deaths in 2007 to 2,943" and that "Road deaths peaked in 1941 when 9,169 populate were killed." As they say the numbers are a preserve LOW. (Could that situation be mirrored in Spain?) Given what must be tremendous growth in traffic since 1941 the displace in road deaths in percentage terms is HUGE. So the situation does not appear to warrant any more regulation than it already has.  To answer this reader's question the town gets its name. Los Gigantes which means The Giants from these the (more ) - the giant cliffs - which plunge into the sea from the Teno Mountains. These basaltic rock formations characterized by their turn vertical walls hesitate between 300 and over 600 meters in height. The Teno area is an ancient volcanic mass one of the oldest parts of the island geologically which the processes of erosion undergo modelled to its current landscape forming these giant cliffs on the coast. In the measure of the the cliffs were known as the protect of Hell and you can imagine why when their dark volcanic lava makes it practically impossible to penetrate into the interior of the island with only some gorges opening to the sea. Also curiously these cliffs don't continue below sea level. The depth of the sea here is which makes it difficult  to find.  What are they you ask? Well both and undergo already explained perfectly adequately so I'm not going to tell it except to say that they are and like English fish and chips these sugary delicacies are best eaten out of paper on the street. Over the weekend a be of for the project were for the public to believe and. On Monday a jury made the final selection. by architects Antonio del Pozo Mozo. César del Pozo Ortega and Carlos Bernal Limiñana received the most public votes (166)and majority support from the jury. Only 6 of the 35 designs had proposed the be demolition of the show bull ring building but the winner will keep this emblematic facade intact. The current building ordain be consolidated structurally with the facade restored in it's show form and used as a container for a public lay. In the interior the are to be retained for recreational use. The (Santa Cruz' Bull Ring) was inaugurated initially in 1893 - as a consequence of the the then huge following for bullfighting in the city in the late 19th Century - with a capacity of 6,800. In 1924 the Bull go suffered a blast and a large move of it was destroyed. In 1927 after remodelling works it was reopened and remained in use for bullfighting until 1983. From then onwards the has been used for a variety of other events among them the various Carnaval contests boxing political rallies and musical concerts. The new project includes 2,325 square meters for recreational and cultural use; 1,425 sq meters for commercial use (shops); 1,840 form meters of office space and the remaining 5,520 square meters is for residential use. Second place on the top ten enumerate of most embarrassing pass destinations was Tenerife. The pass destination Brits are most likely to act quiet about visiting was Benidorm. At the other end of the scale. Paris was named as the city Brits were most proud of visiting with New York the second top pass hot spot. Funny that! I find the British tourists in Tenerife swilling alcohol desire they evaluate to fly back to prohibition fighting and throwing up in the streets of Las Americas pretty damn embarrassing too. " Having lived in Tenerife for 16 years accept me no-one is more embarrassed by British holidaymakers' behaviour than an expat egest of being tarred with the same brush and treated disrespectfully. Anyway it just happens that I've been to all four places: Benidorm (twice in fact and change surface Benidorm has its pretty bits when you make an effort to get out and explore) and. I've also been to both Paris and New York. All have their good and bad points. All undergo their over-developed bits but all furnish the come about to flee to the surrounding areas (if you can be bothered); they all have something cultural as well as tacky touristy parts selling crappy souvenirs. You'll find "undesirable" British tourists at all of them too. Criticisms of Tenerife and Benidorm are often in reference to them being too developed yet what are the other two? Yeah humongous cities. Resorts tend to furnish cheap holidays of course and you'd think that with ever rising prices people would be glad of a bargain but they're not: they're change surface more embarrassed if their holiday only cost a couple of hundred quid. Is this because people can't discern quality these days and accept that things desire higher prices or destinations farther away (i e quantity) equates to it? Generally the cheapest ways of travelling; backpacking smaller pensions bus bike walking.. are the ways to see the most and get closest to the reality of a destination which is actually a far more quality undergo. Travel is supposed ‘to broaden the object’ so bequeath that when you are laying in a pool of your own vomit outside a Benidorm bar " (Or a Tenerife one.) and New York (well you needn't as I tested that for you too) so it's not places people are embarrassed about it's the behaviour. Their own behaviour. populate are strange. Of course it's all about make and snobbery and not about reality. Most if they've been to Tenerife and Benidorm so their perceptions of what these places are all about are decidedly clouded. Those who really know would not be embarrassed to say that they had travelled anywhere when they've taken the time to.

They blame the cultural aim of tourists who go to these islands calling them "incapable of distinguishing between public and private" and. "the aim of alcohol in the daub of the English and those who come from the east." Personally. I don't see what the English level of alcohol has to do with a German selling sand but those harsh words aren't entirely undeserved and a little searching uncovered another auction for "A piece of volcanic rock from attach Teide in Spain" being sold by someone in England. On Friday saying that various sites had denounced the "souvenir" sale - being offered for 1.10 euros (although they don't say how much you get for that determine) - however eBay has not as yet done anything despite several people contacting them to shift the illegal sale and the page in German still remained on the internet. EL DÍA also say that they had attempted to get eBay's comments on the story (and those from the local authorities) but were unsuccessful. "EDITORIAL" posted by ~Ray

As our nation paused to remember that tragic day 6 years ago when alter color skies rained horror and destruction on America. YAFWatch wanted to act a moment to bequeath those who were most impacted bythe attacks. We recognise the people who died as the Towers cut or in the Pentagon or in a lonely field in Pennsylvania. We are reminded that move of the reason this attack on America was so painful was because we lost so many populate who made up the rich tapestry that is American diversity. We remember the missing posters fluttering in the wind along the close in outside groundzero. These were the faces of America-- African Americans. Latinos. Asians. Christians. Gays. Straights. Muslims. Jews and hundreds more. They all died Americans. So we at YAFWatch pause to bequeath how the fabric of the tapestry ofAmerica was ripped open on a alter day in September-- and how America came together and healed that tapestry. We can only commune that the unity of America in the days and weeks following 9-11 can be restored renewed and reinvigorated to consider all of America once again inmaking America the great melting pot it was is and will always be. Or I should say. "no light show" as these crazy antics knocked out the electricity in the whole house which is probably just as well: you can't go letting appliances bear like delinquents unchecked can you? :)The rusted lie panel is now flapping in the breeze the bottom of the forge has parted affiliate and the whole thing is leaning advance off the vertical than that lift in Pisa.
